
Silvia Girardi is a naturalized American Italian performer and director, based in Verona. Her work has been featured in theaters, museums, dance, and visual arts centers. By drawing on theater, visual art, dance, she creates original works with an interest in the elaboration of the composition process in the interrelation between different artistic disciplines. Her work embraces anthropology, biology, poetry, and technology. In 2019 Silvia wrote and produced the short film “Loro” with the director Riccardo Pittaluga. In 2015, together with the director Gabriele Donati, she wrote, produced, and directed the short film “Fireflies” and the documentary “Alberi” in 2021. http://www.silviagirardi.com
